I wish to start up River City Racing again!  A group of friends with sound judgment that could give positive guidance to one another, and help each other build whatever, however, no matter the ride or budget!
Of course, I think there would be limitations as to what genre of car mods that would be done in the group, i.e. no donks, HIN pimp rides, ricers, etc.  I think the group should be centers more on perfomance, no matter if it's AutoX, drag racing, mud bogging, drifting, etc.
I also think there should be a type of culture, or lifestyle the group should have.  No stuck up, elitist BS! Just the positive attitude that we can make anything fast, no matter what you have, or "it's not what you have, it's what you do with what you have!" 
There is really no initiation, just if you got the right attitude, and esp. whether we like you or not!  Cook outs, junkyard runs, river swims, wrench days, Mr. Hanky cruises, Wal-mart raids, sheeple shocking, and hanging out in a parking lot most weekend nights are par for the course. 
Well, there it is! Please input, it doesn't matter either way if we start something or not, a RCR group that represents something would be attractive to the right people I think.
