16.5 to 17.5 K according to KBB. Was offered 18 by Woodall Mazda in Danville, if I bought their 2009 R3, which was black grin, but still would have put our payments in around 150, which is fantastic, but since I have no payment now, we want to be sure it stays under 100.

So still looking. There is a phantom blue in Bristol that looks nice over the internet. We were going to head down there this weekend, but got a message today that someone from work is interested in buying it. So going to wait and talk to him next week, see what we can do.

Didnt know you wanted to unload your 3...

I might make this a round trip, hit up the meet on saturday, stay at my sisters place in richmond saturday night and get to the auto-x bright and early :) Last one of the year for me.... then the car goes down for a few months while it gets ready for circuitcross and auto-x next year... they start in Feb or March I believe.

We do meets in December and January?

Well unload sounds like I am unhappy with it. I still love my 3, but my wife and I both know I would be happier in an 8.

And yes, why not meets year round, barring snow of course.  :)

So any more details on the upcoming meet. What time we will get started? Where we going to eat?

Just curious. smile

Yea is this just a Lynchburg Mazda meet or are we heading somewhere else? I was planning on making this one, weather permitting.

Sorry guys/gals, thankfully I've been busy! I'll slip over to LM tomorrow and see what kind of plan we can come up with.

Okay, finally made it over to LM today. David (GM) is glad to have us meet there in the morning. We will use the side wall of the front parking lot to line up. I'd say meet around 10:00, hang out for a little while and then head up to Devil's Backbone for lunch via route 56!

Gimme your best guess on whether you are going to make it:

1) VR8 ... John
2) Fred114 ... Fred
3) Michaelsk8er ... Michael
4) Phantm8 ... David

I will probably bring a friend along. Unfortunately he drives a Nissan, but redeemingly it is turbo'd.

There is a Supercharged RX8 in Waynesboro that I am trying to get to come out. He aid he is a member of the club but has never been out to a meet and I don't think even posted here. Harrisonburg will be bringing a convoy!!

thanks

I live about 5 minutes from Devil's Backbone, so I guess the best thing for me is to meet y'all there.  Besides, the F-150 might have trouble keeping up on Rt. 56.  Maybe I'll bring the miata in tow for lunch so I'll feel like I belong.  A guesstimate on arrival time?

We've had success getting in for lunch around 2:00 pm at the Backbone. That would have us leaving Lynchburg around 12:30. That's my best guess.

Fred: don't forget you need to do a little shopping while you're at the dealership!

Michael: convoy on brotha!

Mick: F-150 or Miata, we'll be looking forward to meeting you.

Bill: Don't forget to bring Jon.

Brandon: Where's the Richmond contingency?
